http://www.pbs.org/nova/scienc... '>http://www.pbs.org/nova/scienc... We can't see dark matter, and some skeptics doubt its existence, but many scientists think it makes up 20-some percent of our universe. Astronomer Doug Clowe explains how the Bullet Cluster, a group of galaxies billions of light years away, may shed some light on this mysterious stuff. Don't miss the new season of NOVA scienceNOW, airing every Wednesday at 9pm starting June 25 on PBS. IM NOT TRYING to START any thing here i just think if god wanted man OR woman to know what dark matter is than maybe we will fine out.also what DO YOU THINK IS GOING TO HAPPEN WHEN WE FIND OUT HOW TO CONTROL DARK MATTER will we destory our selfs?

they need to know what Gravity is first. to me, Electric Universe make more sense. Dark Matter?.....needle in a hay stack.

okay, I found what I was looking for. Sorry my wording was so bad.

either there is dark matter or us humans have to re think the concept of gravity all over again

actually, has for of water has more gravity. since Energy and mass are directly related (einstein's thing) the more energy something has, the more mass. the more mass the "more" gravity. since gas forms always have more energy than liquid

jackmechanix, "dark matter is .. not dark. they should call it.. "WHAT MATTER" .. stupid intelligent scientists." You know when they first discovered X-rays they didn't what they where, so they used x as a variable, the name stuck. I think in the future when they figure out how to detect, measure and experiment with DM and DE we will see more namming similar to proton = 2 up quarks + 1 down quark neutron = 2 down quarks + 1 up quarks.

is it possible gravity is coverned not only by abount of mass, but also density? ex. 2 particles of hydrogen (in gas form) and one particle of oxygen (in gas form) have less garvity as one 'particle' of h2o in liquid form? just my guss/suggestion

its a hypofosis (is the spelling right? lol) they are thinking and learning unlike some people
